Recipe for Meen Biryani

Ingredients: 2 cups water? cup coconut milk1 cup raw rice4 pieces of any boneless fish2 tsp coriander powder? tsp red chilli powder? tsp black pepper powdersalt to taste2 tsp chopped onions2 tsp chopped tomatoes1 tsp coconut oil

Method:
Place pan on fire. Add water, coconut milk, raw rice, fish cubes, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes on full flame. Before removing from fire, add coconut oil. Serve hot on banana leaves for tastiest results.
