Recipe for Foto Bhuno Gosht (Sindhi Chops)

Ingredients: 1 kg mutton chops4 tbsp oil (60 g)6 green cardamoms-powdered1 tbsp ginger-finely chopped salt 1 tsp or to taste1 tsp black pepper powder2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder1 tbsp atta (whole wheat flour)]3 tbsp water] dissolved together2 tbsp coriander leaves (hara dhania)

Method:
Heat oil and add the cardamoms and ginger. Saut?ill brown. Add the chops, saut?ver high heat till opaque. Add salt, black pepper and coriander powder and mix well. Add enough water to cover the mutton and cook till tender. Add the flour mixture, bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.Serve hot garnished with the coriander leaves.
