Recipe for Lal Maas

Ingredients: 200 gm oil2 tsp chopped garlic1 ? tsp cumin seeds5 green crushed cardamoms5 black crushed cardamoms7-8 Whole red chillies200 gm chopped onions? kg mutton2 tsp red chilli powder2 tsp coriander powder2 tsp salt200 gm beaten yoghurtwater

Method:
Heat oil in pan. Add chopped garlic, cumin seeds, green and black cardamoms, and whole red chillies. Saut?a> the cumin seeds till they start crackling. Then add onions and saut?hem till golden brown.Now add the mutton and cook on high flame to seal the juices and keep the flavor intact. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, yoghurt and water. Bring the preparation to a boil .Cover the pan and cook the preparation for 45 minutes on low flame. Lal maas is ready. Serve hot with makkai or missi roti.
