Recipe for Pepper Chicken Chettinad

Ingredients: 1 kg chicken25 gm coriander4 tsp pepper corns? cup yoghurt4 tsp garlic paste4 tsp lemon juice salt to taste100 ml oil1 cup onions4 tomatoessalt to taste1 tsp garam masala

Method:
Whisk the yoghurt. Add pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic and ginger paste.Marinate chicken pieces in this for 30 minutes.Heat oil and saut?a> onions lightly. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Add tomato and saut?ntil the oil separates. Put in the chicken and fry for five minutes.Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Finally add the garam masala.Serve with rice.
