Recipe for Peanut Rice Cakes

Ingredients: 1 tsp crushed garlic1 tsp crushed ginger? tsp turmeric1 tsp sugar? tsp salt1 tsp chilli sauce2 tsp soya sauce2 tbsp chopped coriander? tsp lemon juiceoil for frying100 gm boiled rice4 tbsp raw peanuts

Combine garlic, ginger, turmeric, sugar, salt, sauces, coriander and lemon juice. Stir in 75 gm of the rice and pound until smooth. Stir in the remaining rice. Shape small balls out of the rice mixture and coat with chopped peanuts. deep fry the rice balls until crisp and golden
