Recipe for Guacamole (Avacado ki Chutney)
Ingredients: 2 large ripe avocadoes
1 firm ripe tomato
2 green chillies (deseeded, chopped)
1 onion finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander
salt, pepper
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Method:
Halve the avocadoes, scoop out flesh from the shells and mash. Peel, seed and chop the tomato. Mix all ingredients together. Place the guacamole into a bowl, cover and chill. Serve with corn chips, crackers or crisp vegetables.
