Recipe for Barbecued Sausages

Ingredients: 6 sausages1 tsp oregano1 tsp paprika1 tsp cracked peppercorns? tsp thyme1 tsp onion powder1 tbsp oil2 sliced onions1 tsp garlic paste2 tbsp tomato ketchup2 tsp mustard - prepared1 tsp worcestershire sauce3 tbsp orange/sweet lime juice

Split the sausages along their length. Combine the dry spices and fill into the pockets. Arrange in a baking dish. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fruit juice. Season and pour over the sausages. Set aside for 1 hour. Bake at 200 degree C for 20 minutes, basting frequently until the sausages are well browned. Serve hot with grilled tomatoes.
