Recipe for Butter Cookies

Ingredients: Oven temp: 350 F-180 C1 1/2 cups (180 gm) flour1 egg120 g (1/2 cup) butter1/2 cup powdered sugar1 tsp Vanilla essence

Method:
Cream flour, egg, butter, sugar and vanilla together. Mix in the flour to make a smooth dough. Fill the cookie gun and form the cookies on an ungreased baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
