Recipe for Chocolate Chip Biscuits (Chocolate ke Biscuit)

Ingredients: 125 gm butter 100 gm castor sugar 75 gm grated jaggery1 egg 100 gm flour 50 gm coconut powder 125 gm chocolate chips 100 gm melted chocolate for decoration

Method:
Whip butter, sugar and gur until light and fluffy. Stir in the egg, followed by the flour, coconut and chocolate chips. Place in spoonfuls on a lightly oiled sheet and Bake in a moderate oven at 180 degrees C for ten to twenty minutes or until golden in colour. Cool slightly before removing from tray. Decorate with melted chocolate.
