Recipe for Crispy Fried Corn Kernels (Kurkura Bhutta)

Ingredients: 350 gm baby corn kernels-peeled1 egg-slightly beaten1 cup cornstarch / cornflour1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp saltoil for deep-frying

Method:
Mix together the corn, egg, cornflour, garlic and ginger paste, 1 tsp salt and enough water so that they are ?coated? with the batter. Heat the oil and deep-fry kernels over high heat till a very light brown. Drain on absorbent paper till required. Before serving, heat oil again and deep fry to a golden brown and serve.
