Recipe for Creole Fried Fish

Ingredients: 4 fish fillets? tbsp ground rice? tbsp flour? tbsp ground black pepper1 tsp salt? tbsp garlic powder? tbsp paprika1 tsp oregano1tsp chilli powder3 tbsp oil/butter for fryingSauce1 sliced onion200 gm chopped capsicum1 tsp chopped garlic3 tbsp chopped parsley150 gm diced peeled tomatoes1 tbsp thick tomato pureedash of chilli saucepinch of basil3 tbsp diced gherkins

Method:
Coat the fish with the dry items and saut?a> in hot oil until tender. Remove from the pan.In the same oil, cook onions until soft. Add pepper and garlic, followed by remaining ingredients. simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season and serve with the fish.
