Recipe for Prawn Chowder

Ingredients: 1 dsp butter4 diced bacon rashers1 sliced red/ green bell pepper2 tbsp sliced celery2 diced onions1 ? tbsp flour250 ml milk200 ml fish stock1 small diced potato? kg shelled de-veined prawns2 tbsp chopped spring onionsparsley to garnish Apple-orange salad2 medium apples peeled and sliced2 segmented oranges1 sliced onion100 gm chopped cheese2 tbsp toasted almond sliversCurry Dressing75 ml cream/ hung curd1 tbsp grated orange rind1 ? tbsp orange juice? tsp curry powder1 tbsp chopped garden herbs

Method:
Heat butter, fry bacon, onions, celery and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Season lightly. Stir in flour. Pour in milk and stock. Add potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add prawns. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spring onions. Serve garnished with parsley. For the salad, beat dressing ingredients together. Serve with the salad.
