Recipe for Shrimp Diane

Ingredients: 6 jumbo shrimps100 gm sliced mushrooms4 tbsp shrimp stock2 tbsp spring onions4 tbsp Unsalted buttera dash of chilli saucesalt to taste? tbsp parsley(chopped)? tsp each of:pepperwhite pepperdiced basildried oreganocayenne pepper

Method:
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a frying pan.Add onions, peppers, cayenne, dried basil, oregano, salt, chilli sauce, shrimp stock and shrimps.Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Turn shrimps over. Add remaining butter and parsley. Continue shaking the pan for about 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
